    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
