- The Senior Technical Advisor is responsible for designing, developing and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues within Innomar-Strategies.
- System-to-system architecture and integration design are critical for most projects.
- This role also provides expert technical leadership within the software development team, and manages the technical implementation with project team members.

- Provide architectural blueprints and detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for system/software development.
- Collaborate with development team, business analysts and owners, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to determine best practices, and design road-map for future technology solutions.
- Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
- Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure technical expertise with evolving technologies.
- Develop, test, debug and document complex programs, and enhance existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user requirements.
- Troubleshoot code-level problems and integration issues quickly and efficiently.
- Interact with user management regarding project status and user requirements to promote an environment with improved productivity and satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling, and estimating costs to project completion in order to meet user requirements.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

- Élaborer, tester et déboguer les programmes complexes, préparer la documentation connexe et améliorer les programmes existants pour assurer que les systèmes de production et de traitement des données continuent de répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs.
- Résoudre les problèmes de codage et d'intégration rapidement et efficacement
- Interagir avec la gestion des utilisateurs au sujet de l'état des projets et les besoins des utilisateurs pour promouvoir un environnement avec des niveaux de satisfaction et de productivité accrus.
- Aider à la planification et à l'estimation des coûts jusqu'à l'achèvement du projet afin de répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs.
- Exécuter les tâches connexes qui lui sont assignées.
- Requires post-secondary training and diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Requires a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in .NET programming (C#, MVC, ASP.NET or Core) for desktop and web applications.
- Ten (10) years' experience in web technologies including HTML5, JQuery, React and/or Angular, JSON, XML and web services.
- Experience using MS SQL Server databases (2008 R2, including development of tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, and T-SQL queries. Extensive SSIS experience is required.
- Experience with Visual Studio and TFS / Azure is required.
- Thorough understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Recent experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to use good judgment in conveying project status and problem escalation
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
