    #Corporate *Candidates must reside in the GTA area to be considered for this role as they will be required to be in office 3 days a week at the Toronto Corporate Office.

    Manager, Talent Attraction Optimization will lead the talent attraction process for both Momentum Financial Services Group and our branch network operated under the Money Mart banner.

    The incumbent will be responsible for leading the team in the achievement of goals and KPIs that focus on the timely acquisition of talent to fill key roles in the Retail and Corporate environments.

    Implement and maintain an enterprise hiring plan, including forecasting branch hiring needs and corporate head office roles
    Management of our external recruitment vendors and oversight for the enterprise talent acquisition budget
    Management and reporting on all functional KPIs
    Standardize the talent acquisition and pre-boarding experience for all employees
    Partner with the business leaders to build recruitment programs and strategies to fill current openings and build talent pipelines
    Implement strategies that achieve a robust and diverse candidate pool through a multi-channel approach (inbound, outbound, referral networks, events, vendors, etc.)
    Develop a thorough understanding of our corporate culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully appreciate the opportunities at Momentum/Money Mart
    Propose and lead initiatives to expand our brand and access to top talent
    Support the establishment of a global recruitment strategy for satellite/hub offices

    Manage the full recruitment cycle for key roles, including the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates and engaging with external agencies.

    Excellent Excel skills to be used to create and run reporting to track KPIs and OPR All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
