    Description
    Our client is a Vancouver based real estate development company with projects across North America. They have rental, market, and commercial construction projects.

    Currently, they are looking to add an experienced Finance manager to their team, the ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience.

    Reporting to the director, the Finance manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
    Assist in managing a finance team and develop/oversee complex and comprehensive financial models.
    Develop cashflow forecasts and return metrics for ongoing development projects.
    Work on complex financial analysis, including scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
    Maintain and update budgets, including variance analysis.
    Prepare monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders and senior management.
    Review financial and legal agreements for ongoing projects.
    Ad hoc special projects as needed.
    5+ years of financial analysis experience
    Advanced excel skills.
    Extended health and dental benefits
