    Assist project team with coordination of building systems trades for compliance to drawings, specifications, quality, and schedule.

    • Assist with coordination drawing process.
    • Reads and understands the building systems trade contractor quality management programs.
    Witnesses on-site field testing and records results.

    • Oversee commissioning process, including scheduling, testing activities, and project close out.
    • Chair various meetings related to building systems.
    • Assist project team with building systems commissioning document deliverables.
    • Attends management and architect meetings related to building systems.
    -mechanical, electrical, controls) is preferred.
    Co-op or relevant experience in a construction environment preferred.

    • Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
    • Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines, and delegate tasks.
    • Ability to quickly adapt and become proficient with new software.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
