- Traiter les feuilles de temps dans notre logiciel pour chacun de nos employés (syndiqués et non syndiqués) dans plusieurs provinces du Canada;
- Effectuer les rapports CCQ (Commission de la construction du Québec) et faire les remises pour d'autres unions syndicaux;
- Communiquer avec les supérieurs immédiats afin d'apporter les corrections requises lorsque les feuilles de temps sont problématiques;
- S'assurer que les calculs sont conformes aux lois et aux différentes conditions d'emploi et conventions collectives;
- Procéder à l'ouverture des dossiers et tenir à jour l'information;
- Préparer les paies de départ et les relevés d'emploi;
- Assurer le bon traitement des remises (déductions à la source) pour tous les employés;
- Répondre aux questions et demandes des employés;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes nécessitées par ses fonctions ou demandées par son supérieur hiérarchique;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec la paie.
- Être autorisé à travailler au Canada;
- Diplôme d'études collégiales en comptabilité ou équivalent;
- Membre de l'ACP, un atout;
- Minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) années d'expérience pertinente dans le traitement de la paie et des avantages sociaux;
- Expérience avec Ceridian Dayforce sera un atout;
- Connaissance du traitement de la paie américaine sera un atout;
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais, parlé et écrit).
