    • What you will do?

  • Evolve and grow Edon Management's Grounds/Snow Removalteam as new business opportunities present themselves
  • Provide overall guidance for Edon's Grounds/SnowRemoval department by supervising, guiding, and supporting team members,ensuring that proper training and development is provided at all levels
  • Support the Property/Operations Managers withoverseeing the performance of grounds/snow removal sub-contractors. Property Managers and Site Supervisors areresponsible for addressing their concerns directly with the Business Manager regardingquality of service
  • Support growthopportunities by participating in and promoting growth opportunities to expandEdon Management's grounds/snow removal services

    • Who we are looking for?

  • Minimum five to seven years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Extensiveknowledge of grounds/snow removal practices
  • Strong commandof the English language (reading and writing)
  • Strong customercare, communication and client management skills
  • Strongleadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff toaccomplish objectives
  • Excellent computer skills usingMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Valid Driver'sLicense and clean Driver's Abstract
