- Resolve agency complaints and escalations by actively listening to members' needs and finding innovative, forward-thinking solutions and coverage.

- Understands and applies best business practices towards compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Effectively communicate underwriting practices, information and changes in a timely and accurate manner to all relevant audiences.
- Recommend and develop training opportunities for underwriters and advisors.
- Ensure consistency in the application of guidelines across the department within all transactions.
- Effectively build trust with team members and stakeholders, gaining buy-in to company initiatives.
- You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in business or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years insurance industry experience, indicating a progressively increased level of responsibility.
- You hold a CIP or FCIP designation.
- You have demonstrated leadership ability by motivating and influencing others towards the achievement of common goals and objectives.
- You exhibit sound knowledge of AMA Insurance products, guidelines and policy wordings.
- You have knowledge of the insurance industry and market conditions and trends.
- You are positive, ambitious, highly motivated and goal oriented.
