Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Licensed Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rajni Sharma Financial Services Ltd. Reporting directly to the Advisor, the Assistant will coordinate and deliver exceptional administrative support to the Advisor.A valued member of the team, the Assistant manages scheduling to maximize sales opportunities, welcomes visitors to the office (if applicable), and helps to create an efficient and compliant office environment.
Candidates hired into this role by an Advisor will not have an employment or contractor relationship with Sun Life.
In partnership with the Advisor, develop and execute on plan to meet operational and administrative goalsManage office tasks such as filing, Salesforce updates, generating reports, and presentations requiring the use of independent judgement and initiative
Support the advisor to create marketing / sales opportunities (mining client data, marketing efforts, client service proactive contact, etc.)
Support the advisor in monitoring and responding to Head Office inquiries
Daily management of advisor social media tools
Previous experience in life insurance industry, working as an advisor or working with an advisor as a licensed assistant or an associate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
Strong relationship building and office administration skills
Highly proficient use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce
Bilingual as required (Punjabi & Hindi)
Candidates hired into this role by an Advisor will not have an employment or contractor relationship with Sun Life.
You must be at least 18 years old (or 19 if in BC), and be legally entitled to work in Canada to be considered for this role.
