    Job Description:
    We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Vancouver, BC.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for government organizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll for government organizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Prepare and submit payroll tax returns
    • Maintain payroll records and files
    • Respond to inquiries from employees and government agencies
    • Reconcile payroll accounts
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
    • Assist with other payroll-related tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
