    Systems Administrator (1-year contract)Toronto, ONIntroductionWe are hiring a Systems Administrator for our client based in Toronto, Ontario.

    Working for the digital team, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for IT administration as well as acting as a mobility service technician.

    Our client is seeking an independent and passionate individual to work in a complex and thriving global IT environment in support of the Toronto Site.

    This is a 1-year contract position.
    ResponsibilitiesPlay a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure.
    Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the company's systems.
    Requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
    RequirementsA university degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    ITIL certification an Server OS (MS Windows, Red Hat Linux)2+ years hands-on technical experience in troubleshooting mobility devices, including iPad/Tablet/Scanner/Label Printer/PDA/WiFi bridge/Thinclient.

    Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in Service Now from initiation to closure.
    Strong technical documentation, problem-solving and communication skillsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

    Knowledge and awareness of regulatory standards requirements from FDA and Health Canada in particular GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures, Data Integrity Requirements and ALCOA applied to IST Systems would be an asset.
