    Here at All Seniors Care Living Centres, a trusted name in Retirement Living is currently seeking a Executive Director to join our team at College Park I Retirement Residence located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

    As the Executive Director you will be responsible for directing, managing, overseeing, and maintaining the overall operations of the residence, both internal and external and assuring quality care and services are provided to our residents.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Experience in Retirement, Hospitality, Health Care, or another relevant sector
    • Previous experience in a management role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, community professionals and various outside agencies
    • Working knowledge of budget management
    • Strong decision-making, problem-solving with the ability to create long term planning strategies.
    • Current Registration as an RN/LPN is an asset, but not required.
    • Flexible work schedule is required.

    Duties Include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintain or exceed occupancy according to budget expectations.
    • Effectively manage all services of the Residence, including Food Service, Maintenance, Nursing, Health & Wellness, Marketing & Sales, Administration and any commercial affiliations.
    • Review, approve, and direct all monthly invoices to head office for payment.
    • Collaborate with the development, interpretation, and implementation of policies and procedures and communicate it to appropriate staff.
    • Aid in preparation of the annual budgets; operational and capital.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of the residence while maintaining tight control of budget and variances to budget.
    • Communicate on a regular basis with the residents and their families, including meeting with residents/families to resolve problems/ concerns/ complaints, and reviewing suggestions on a need be basis.
    • Maintain proper staffing hours in conjunction with annual budgets.
    • Perform evaluations on department heads and reviews their work progress regularly.
    • Ensure that the residence wide Quality Improvement Program is implemented and ongoing.
    • Other functions that may be required.
    • Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
