    Part Time Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist

    Friday to Monday Schedule

    Renewal by Andersen – Greater Toronto

    Mississauga ON

    Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

    We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with an Administrative Assistant. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following~

    Primary Responsibilities~

    • Complete daily reports
    • Enter all Retail and Event leads and sweepstakes into CRM
    • Perform various forms of Data Entry
    • Schedule and Confirm Appointments
    • Maintain and update Source Events and Employee records
    • Attend weekly team meetings
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Maintain contact lists

    Requirements~

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Ability to reliably commute to office for training
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    Compensation~

    • Provides a paid training program (onsite)
    • Supplies a competitive hourly rate of $19/hour + Monthly bonus
    • Cell phone allowance of $100 per month
    • In office Friday and Monday
