    Description
    We are seeking a Team Lead UI/UX Designer to design and enhance business-critical web and mobile products.

    This is a unique opportunity to lead and work alongside an experienced team that excels at building high-quality products for clients at scale.

    Strong experience working with business and technical teams to design business applications utilizing Figma.

    You should be skilled at designing responsive web experiences and mobile apps, and excel with different sets of tools and in different client environments.

    Design, iterate, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs and Business Requirements
    Communicate complex Technical and Financial topics clearly, in language that can be easily understood by business users
    Define, refine, and document Best Practices that enable excellent team performance
    Meet with, mentor, manage, and provide feedback to other Bellwood designers
    Consult with business and technical stakeholders to create and communicate a shared design vision across a portfolio of products
    Has 5+ years of professional application design experience
    Is passionate about interaction design, visual design, and design thinking
