    Description

    Description:

    Responsible for providing sales service to customers. ( Order processing, product selection, technical advice, and price quotations).

    KEY TASKS


    • Review incoming inquiries/orders, verify information for completion, and process promptly


    • Maintain accuracy of files within Doxis: quotations, order confirmations, correspondence, etc


    • Liaise regularly with Order Processing, Engineering, Purchasing, Plant, and Inside/Outside Sales Representatives


    • Provide positive customer service in regard to all inquiries


    • Assist with technical advice, product selection, and special price quotations
