    Description

    VP of Strategy

    • Spearhead strategic CRM recommendations for multiple clients rooted in data-driven insights
    • Lead CRM initiatives for personalized brand experiences at scale
    • Develop and present comprehensive digital and CRM strategies aligned with client objectives
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
    • Member of the FCB/SIX Management Team
    • Ensure agency deliverables maximize personalization
    • Develop inspiring creative briefs and strategic blueprints
    • Evolve FCB/SIX's strategic offering
    • Lead a team of Strategists and Analysts fostering a collaborative environment
    • Build trusted relationships through exceptional communication skills
    • Advocate for best customer experiences with creative ideas and CRM plans

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years experience in brand, digital, or integrated strategy within an agency
    • Relevant graduate education background
    • Cross-disciplinary knowledge across brand, digital, UX, data, media, content, technology
    • Experience in establishing strong client relationships
    • Deep understanding of CRM planning principles and frameworks
    • Experience with CRM and data platforms, including Salesforce
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
