    Hours:
    Monday to Friday – Hybrid model (working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office) very flexible

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright to join our client within the financial services industry.
    They have a few roles on at present for Senior Financial Services Administrators.
    Monday to Friday – Hybrid model (working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office) very flexible
    Bonus up to 5% annual salary per annum paid before Christmas
    You will be part of the team responsible for a variety of different administration tasks to support advisers and provide an exceptional level of support to their valued clients
    You will answer the telephone and deal with queries from clients
    Arrange client appointments, preparing portfolio summaries and fund analysis reports prior to meetings
    Liaise with financial services companies to obtain client information and valuations
    Submit new business applications in line with regulatory standards
    A proactive, logical, and driven individual with the ability to use their initiative to help navigate through diverse and often complex administrative responsibilities
    ~ You will be keen to learn more about the fast-paced world of Financial Services and recognise the opportunity within this role to progress and develop your knowledge through inhouse Training Programme
    ~ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
    ~ Sound understanding of Financial Services products
    ~ Financial Services related qualifications (CII preferably)
    ~25 days' holiday per annum plus bank holidays with a loyalty scheme to increase your days.
