    Sous la responsabilité du directeur, Profil clients, le responsable, Profil clients est chargé de comprendre en détail les clients de nos 3 bannières afin de prendre des décisions commerciales plus intelligentes, axées sur les données afin de concevoir et gérer la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de recherche primaire basées sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur.

    Vos tâches et responsabilités :

    • Interagir de manière transversale ainsi qu'avec des partenaires externes pour mener à bien des projets de recherche du début à la fin, en se concentrant sur des domaines clés ayant un impact sur nos marques ;
    • Développer une compréhension approfondie des clients actuels et potentiels ;
    • Être la voix du client en mesurant, analysant, diffusant et recommandant des actions pour améliorer le sentiment du client ;
    • Équiper les équipes inter-fonctionnelles avec des données et d'autres ressources centralisées qui leur permettent d'appliquer la connaissance du client à leur travail quotidien;
    • Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités pour l'entreprise.
    Qualifications
    • Baccalauréat dans un domaine d'études connexe (un master est un atout);
    • Minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine de l'intelligence économique ou dans une fonction connexe;
    • Forte capacité à traduire des informations diverses en données exploitables, à rédiger un rapport détaillé et à présenter les résultats à des collaborateurs de haut niveau;
    • Orienté vers les résultats et doté d'un grand sens du détail;
    • Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles;
    • Bilingue.
