    Description

    Looking for a great opportunity to work in Canada's largest Automotive Group? Volvo Cars Richmond is currently looking to fill the position of General Sales Manager .

    The General Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team. As a leader they are responsible for budgeting, structuring, supervision, training of employees. They are responsible for ensuring profitability of the department, supporting vehicle sales and own customer loyalty and satisfaction. Assisting Sales Consultants in processing and completing sales;
    Providing support during the sales process, including supporting customer issues, requests and finding out of the box solutions;
    Coaching sales staff on various aspects and supporting them in overcoming situations or issues that impact performance;
    Leading the way with marketing and advertising campaigns;
    Responsible for conducting sales analyses and comparing performance to targets

    Leading the way when it comes to hiring and developing the sales team; Previous sales and automotive experience would be an asset; Ability to manage inventory and forecasting sales.
