    Description

    The Records and Registration Associate is a key member of the Office of the Registrar team, directly reporting to the Registrar. This role involves handling various administrative functions related to student records and course registration.

    • Primary point of contact for student, staff, and faculty inquiries regarding registration, grading, transcripts, deadlines, and more.
    • Works closely with the Registrar's office staff to ensure accurate registration of new students and provides support through multiple communication channels.
    • Well-versed in Registrar's office policies and procedures to deliver top-notch service to University of Niagara Falls students.
    • Collaborates within the Registrar's office to provide exceptional services to students, including degree progression, academic regulations, and more.
    • Ensures timely maintenance of student records, resolves student inquiries effectively, and liaises with Student Accounts and Services for various student requests.
    • Offers training to current and new staff members, possesses strong information research skills, and proficiency in standard computer applications.

    Requirements for this position include a minimum of a two-year post-secondary credential in a relevant field, along with at least two years of administrative experience in a diverse and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with student information systems are preferred.
