Description
The Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for the performance of financial activities and delivering timely and accurate financial information, in order to realize the company's goals and strategies.
The role of the Accounts Payable Administrator includes:
Prepare, process and record payments and verify bank statements.
Maintain vendor records and communications with vendors to ensure accuracy of file data.
Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments.
Pay sales and use tax as instructed by the Tax Department.
Assist in streamlining the accounts payable processes and procedures.
MBO or Bachelor in Accounting.
~3+ years' experience in a similar role in both a dynamic and international environment.
~ Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
~ Knowledge in the use of SAP would be an advantage.
