    Responsibilities

    You are a project leader who can drive results and effectively communicate with clients and team members on the international stage. You have experience:

    • Partnering with GEOs and other project managers (PMs) to:
    • Drive global team calendars and progress
    • Solicit meeting agendas
    • Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings (including QBRs, strategy sessions, planning, etc.).
    • Owning notes and driving action and accountability.
    • Identifying, tracking, and managing team and project risks / issues to resolution.
    • Tracking and highlighting wins, progress, timelines, changes, on a pre-defined monthly / quarterly cadence.
    • Crafting tailored GEO- specific communications between GEOs that consider local culture and traditions of the audience.
    • Developing global communications (such as newsletters, bulletins etc.) to actively promote customer success throughout GEOs.
    • Managing knowledge management system documentation.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
    • Building and managing project/release plans, managing risk, scheduling, estimating, and resource planning
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
    • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and working with offshore project teams
    • Strong ability to work with and influence people at all levels of the organization
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
