    Schedule

    The successful candidate will work day shifts; shifts are 730am-330pm, 800am-400pm, and 830am-430pm. Schedule is subject to change based on operational needs. 48_Budget Created with Sketch.

    CUP C03: $$ per hour

    Administration

    This position will be responsible for booking appointments as well as registration for our Patient Scheduling and Registration Departments. Additional responsibilities will include filing, responding to outside requests, daily schedule maintenance and providing scheduling support to various departments.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience with patient scheduling and order entry in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required. Knowledge of and/or completion of a medical terminology course. Proficient computer skills, Meditech experience preferred. Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
