    Schedule

    The successful candidate will work day shifts; shifts are 730am-330pm, 800am-400pm, and 830am-430pm Schedule is subject to change based on operational needs. 48_Budget Created with Sketch.

    Full Time Temporary Until Approx. July 2024

    Administration

    This position will be responsible for booking appointments as well as registration for our Patient Scheduling and Registration Departments. Additional responsibilities will include filing, responding to outside requests, daily schedule maintenance and providing scheduling support to various departments.

    Experience

    Previous experience with patient scheduling and order entry in a high volume, fast paced environment is required. Proficient computer skills, Meditech experience preferred. 48_Administration Created with Sketch.

    Skills

    Knowledge of and/or completion of a medical terminology course.Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent public relations and communication skills with a pleasant telephone mannerAbility to trouble shoot and problem solve.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of the team.Evidence of good attention to detail. 48_Creative Created with Sketch.
