    Customer Support Representatives Freelance Customer Service / Support
    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.


    The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general customer service support.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, tracking customer interactions, and providing feedback to management.
