    POSITION SUMMARY

    Perform various office tasks to support Sales & Marketing such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying. Prepare sales-related documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. Enhance brand awareness internally and externally. Compile materials and create information packages like brochures and promotional materials. Utilize sales strategies to boost revenue while retaining guest loyalty. Input, retrieve, reconcile, and validate information in sales software. Address guest inquiries regarding property facilities/services and act as a primary contact for clients via phone and email.

    Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and show appreciation to guests. Communicate effectively, develop positive relationships, and support team efforts. Follow quality assurance standards and meet physical job requirements. Undertake other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent

    Related Work Experience: Minimum 1 year

    Supervisory Experience: Not required

    License or Certification: Not needed

    The salary range for this role is $25.50 to $27 per hour.
