    success.

    We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with expertise in portfolio marketing within the building industry's B2B sector to work out of our Montreal or Toronto offices. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies to effectively promote our products and services through various channels and vertical markets while managing our product portfolio to maximize revenue growth and market share.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales through distribution partners, and other relevant channels.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop marketing programs tailored to support those needs.

    Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, including new product launches, feature updates, and end-of-life strategies, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.

    Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital content, to support channel partners and sales teams.

    Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and optimize marketing initiatives for continuous improvement.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers.

    Provide leadership and guidance to marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in line with our Vision Statement .

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on channel and portfolio management, preferably within the building or construction industry.

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

    Bilingual, preferably.

    Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

    Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

    Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Knowledge of building industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements is a plus.

    Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un directeur marketing dynamique ayant une expertise en marketing de portefeuille dans le secteur B2B de l'industrie du bâtiment pour travailler dans nos bureaux de Montréal ou de Toronto . Ce rôle sera essentiel dans le développement et l'exécution de stratégies visant à promouvoir efficacement nos produits et services à travers divers réseaux et marchés verticaux tout en gérant notre portefeuille de produits afin de maximiser la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et la part de marché.

    Principales responsabilités :

    Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies globales de marketing afin de favoriser la connaissance, l'engagement et les ventes par l'intermédiaire des partenaires de distribution et d'autres réseaux pertinents.

    Collaborer avec nos équipes et départements pour identifier les opportunités de marché, comprendre les besoins des clients et développer des programmes de marketing adaptés à ces besoins.

    Gérer le cycle de vie des produits, y compris les lancements de nouveaux produits, les mises à jour de fonctionnalités et les stratégies de fin de vie, afin d'assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux globaux.

    Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles pour se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, identifier les lacunes et recommander des ajustements aux stratégies de marketing.

    Créer des documents marketing convaincants, notamment des supports de vente, des présentations et du contenu numérique, pour soutenir les partenaires de distribution et les équipes de vente.

    Analyser les mesures de performance des campagnes et les indicateurs clés de performance afin d'évaluer l'efficacité et d'optimiser les initiatives de marketing en vue d'une amélioration continue.

    Établir et maintenir de fortes relations avec les principales parties prenantes, y compris les équipes internes, les partenaires externes et les personnes influentes du secteur.

    Qualifications :

    Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ; maitrise en administration des affaires (MBA) de préférence.

    Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en marketing entreprise à entreprise (B2B), avec un accent sur la gestion des canaux et des portefeuilles, de préférence dans le secteur du bâtiment ou de la construction.

    Expérience prouvée dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de marketing qui favorisent la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et l'expansion du marché.

    De solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'interpréter des données, de tirer

    des conclusions exploitables et de prendre des décisions fondées sur des données.

    Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation, avec la capacité d'articuler des concepts complexes de manière claire et concise.

    Bilingue (français/anglais), de préférence.

    Capacités de leadership avérées, avec une approche de la résolution des problèmes axée sur la collaboration et les résultats.

    Maîtrise des outils d'automatisation du marketing, des systèmes de gestion de la relation client et des plateformes de marketing numérique.

    Expérience du travail avec des équipes interdisciplinaires et de la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets.

    La connaissance des réglementations, des normes et des exigences de conformité de l'industrie du bâtiment est un atout.
