    We are seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to lead our technical project management office .

    Reporting to the VP of Platform Operations, you will oversee a group of Lead Project Managers who coordinate and drive alignment in prioritizing and planning our unified product roadmap and priority initiatives.

    Lead the development and implementation of project management methodologies, operating mechanisms, processes, and standards that align with our overall strategy and objectives Manage a team of Lead Project Managers (Program Managers) to build and support the execution of processes for prioritizing, coordinating, and driving alignment of the unified product roadmap and priority initiatives across various engineering, product, and science disciplines Collaborate closely with Managers, Platform PMO, that lead teams of project managers responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of work across multiple cross-functional teams Implement and improve project management and operational practices across the Platform organization to drive delivery of value to end-users Provide guidance and support to your team of program/project managers in the areas of project planning, execution, and monitoring for the delivery of high-quality outcomes Develop a project management knowledgebase of assets and information, including templates, tools, and best practices, to support program/project managers and ensure consistency across the delivery of work Support the team in collaborating with engineering, product, science, and business stakeholders to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues that may impact project delivery 2+ years of experience leading a team of program/project managers in a highly technical, matrixed environment ~ Proven experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies within a complex matrixed agile organization ~ Ability to make and recommend data-driven decisions ~ Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, managing dependencies across many concurrent projects ~ Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven startup environment A degree with an educational background or work experience in a life sciences-related discipline or a technical field such as engineering or computer science An engaging remote-first culture A robust vacation policy plus an additional vacation day every year Flex time for sick days, personal days, and religious holidays Comprehensive health and dental benefits.
