    Description
    Customer Service Coordinator

    Our client in the industrial SE area in Calgary is hiring for a Service Coordinator on a rotational schedule This is a great role for a dynamic individual with great customer service skills who wants to work with a growing team to provide service recommendations for unit repairs and warranties.

    Your success will be defined by your ability to:
    • Greet customers and provide them with information and updates regarding their repairs.
    • Manage customer inquiries, payments and purchase orders for all service work completed.
    • Manage the service center's workflow and scheduling of technicians for installs and repairs.
    • Provide information for customers on warranty, repair costs, and any service delays.
    Your strengths include:
    • The ability to work a rotational schedule including evenings and weekends.
    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field considered an asset.
    • 2+ years in a customer service role, in industry considered an asset.
    • Strong Communication skills that can be tailored to technicians, customers, and senior management.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
