    Our Program Managers are integral to how we operate at Loblaw Digital and are responsible for not only leading teams through strategic initiatives, but also are responsible for ensuring collaboration and accountability amongst our cross-functional teams.

    As a Program Manager, you will support strategic initiatives that span across multi-disciplinary teams (both at Loblaw Digital and with the broader enterprise).

    You will lead overall plan and communication management, manage interdependencies within initiatives and teams, partner with cross-functional experts, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

    Candidates should have experience managing and launching large-scale technology projects and be comfortable with both upfront and ongoing planning documentation, bridging teams and building relationships, and partnering with stakeholders at various levels.

    Lead plan management for initiative planning and ongoing tracking as it relates to overall delivery cross-functionally
    Manage initiatives across multiple workstreams; communicate proactively to mitigate potential impacts and identify risks/opportunities
    3+ years of experience managing and leading e-commerce and technology initiatives
    ~ Proven leadership abilities in managing multiple workstreams, teams, and outcomes
