    About the Team: As the Senior Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A, you'll be collaborating closely with our executive team to shape our business direction, execute FP&A tasks, and assist in investment decisions for strategic initiatives. Your main focus will be partnering with various teams across the company, particularly in customer-related areas like Growth/Sales, Marketing, Personal Shopping, Retail, and Customer Experience. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside key stakeholders at SSENSE, crafting business strategies, building financial models, and deriving analytical insights. We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and excels at working with big data to generate impactful insights.

    • Qualifications

    How To Excel In This Role:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA, CGA, CMA / CPA, CFA, or an MBA is desirable.
  • Previous finance experience in a technology/e-commerce, warehousing, or retail environment, collaborating closely with diverse teams.
  • Skilled in influencing, developing, and motivating individuals from various backgrounds and with different customer experiences.
