Dilawri Group in Ontario is looking for a Network Analyst to join our National IT Team based out of our 401 Dixie VW Dealership in Mississauga.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Network & Security, this role will attend remote/on-site for all maintenance, repair, replacement, upgrades, configurations, testing, training, and support for the following areas related to Network & Security.

Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of complex systems, including network, servers, and workstations.
Support network engineers with troubleshooting and configuration.
Implement, maintain, and support network and security systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot VPN and remote access solutions.
Conduct network capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance, including capacity planning, sizing, and forecasting.
Monitor, maintain, and repair network devices.
Maintain and monitor network services, including DHCP, DNS, and WINS
Setting up LAN and WAN networks, as well as Voice Over IP and VTC devices.
Monitoring and maintaining network servers and performing upgrades.
Performing system administration tasks and ensuring network security.
Implementing and maintaining network security measures.
Documenting processes and monitoring network performance metrics.
Consulting with internal departments and training IT support staff.
Keeping up with advancements in network technologies and solutions.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
~ Exceptional ability to provide network support and resolve errors.
~ University Degree or College Diploma in IT field, or equivalent experience
~3+ years' experience as a network analyst, systems analyst
~ Knowledge of Windows network operating systems, protocols, and procedures
~ Experience with all Meraki hardware setup and configurations via dashboard.
~ Expertise in developing and maintaining network documentation.
