    Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver Branch for a BIM/VDC Technologist.

    This position will work closely with the BIM/VDC Specialists to implement and assist in project delivery throughout the design and construction phases.

    BIM & VDC Software
    BIM & VDC Standards
    Project Coordination
    BIM Modelling and Data Management
    BIM Collaboration and Integration
    Support and Training
    Post-secondary education in Architecture or Engineering is preferred.
    ~ In-depth knowledge of BIM & VDC services, standards, and implementation.
    ~1-3 years of production experience in design, drafting or engineering.
    ~ Prior experience in the Construction Industry is considered an asset but not required.
    ~ Proficiency in reading and creating BIM models using 2D drawings, rough sketches, or verbal direction from the project team.
    ~ Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, Trimble SketchUp, Navisworks, Bluebeam, or similar.
    ~ Strong understanding of building construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
