- Strategic Ownership : Accountable for all aspects of strategy, oversee implementation, product delivery and manage live operations for the Supply Planning products across the supply chain inclusive of the Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Master Production Scheduling and Distribution Requirement Planning processes.
- Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, and Support: Take ownership of the end-to-end process for Supply Planning applications, ensuring seamless design, development, rigorous testing, successful deployment, and ongoing support
- Innovative Development: Develop a product improvement pipeline to meet business objectives in the areas of Supply Planning and take full accountability for the successful delivery of all experiments and projects within the product scope.
- Architectural Alignment: Collaborate on Product & Data architecture standards . Provide input to Product & Data architecture, aligning across the HALEON Tech organisation on standards relating to platforms, cyber security, strategic vendors & delivery models. Ensure robust governance are in place and lead governance bodies to approve experiments and product improvement projects.
- Global Service Support: Implement and provide service support globally for all Supply Planning products, ensuring that users are fully trained, appropriate Service Levels are defined and service governance models are in place and in alignment with HALEON service support sourcing model.
- Performance Oversight: Manage overall Supply Planning applications service performance, ensuring effective risk management and value realization throughout their lifecycle. At the Business Unit Level, success is gauged by achieving maximum value while maintaining optimal cost versus risk.
- Stakeholder Communication: Review, communicate, and address application performance with business and service providers, establishing an efficient communication and performance improvement framework.
- Leadership & Development: Lead and develop direct reports in line with Haleon Tech & Agile strategies, driving matrix teams when necessary.
- Exceptional understanding of the Supply Planning process
- Proficiency in Supply Planning applications through the full lifecycle of the product, from design to implementation & support ( incl. design, develop, test, deploy, and support)
- Applied knowledge and experience with cloud-based planning solutions
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies and trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Project Management: 10+ years
- Expertise in Implementing Supply Planning Solutions: A strong background with over 10 years of hands-on experience in successfully implementing Supply Planning solutions is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Managing Planning Application Performance Across Lifecycle: Demonstrated expertise of over 10 years in effectively managing the performance of Planning applications throughout their lifecycle is highly desirable.
- Master's Degree in a Science-related fields ( Engineering, Information Technology or Software Development)
- APICS or equivalent supply chain certification

Tech Product Manager (Supply Planning)
About the role
The Tech Product Manager (Supply Planning) is accountable for defining the strategy, leading the charge in defining, implementing, and optimizing our Supply Planning products across Haleon in line with Business priorities and to maximise value for money over the lifecycle of the product.
This pivotal role will be a part of our Quality & Supply Chain Technology team, reporting directly to the E2E Planning Director.
The Job holder will preferably be based in Poland or India
