    What You Will Do With Us

    As the Vendor Management Inventory Project Coordinator, you will manage product orders and related documentation for the VMI group.

    How You Will Thrive With Us

    • You will ensure all customers' needs are responded to in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
    • You will maintain focus on company policies, procedures and objectives.
    • You will source/quote products for the customer.
    • You will process customer orders.
    • You will expedite and conduct follow-up on orders and mitigate product shortages/delays.
    • You will enter account pricing contracts, list new products.
    • You will work cooperatively with the VMI team.
    • Process customer Returns and Rejects
    • Create customs documents for US shipments
    • You will perform other duties as required.
    • You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

    Who Are You

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Must have exceptional organizational skills.
    • 2-3 years of related industry experience.
    • Must have excellent Excel, Word, Outlook & Adobe skills.
    • AS400 system experience an asset.
    • Electrical product knowledge and some technical experience is an asset.
