    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Virtual Customer Success Associate to join our team in Toronto.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    The Virtual Customer Success Associate will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual customer service environment.

    They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service best practices and be comfortable working with a variety of software and technology.
