While Eproval's roots are in special event and film permitting, our clients have discovered the platform's capabilities serve as a comprehensive platform that empowers public agencies to cost effectively streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and deliver exceptional service across a wide range of permitting, licensing, and grant management needs.
Job OverviewEproval is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Associate to support our onboarding process and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This entry-level position involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and permitting needs, configuring permit applications, and responding to client requests through our Help Desk.
Additionally, the role requires using JSON, HTML, CSS programming for client onboarding tasks. We are willing to train candidates who possess an aptitude for learning basic programming skills.This role is ideal for candidates with a background in local government or agency work, specifically in special event, film, and park use permitting, who are eager to learn about SaaS configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their permitting needsConfigure and customize permit applications based on client specificationsManage and respond to client requests for changes or additions to their permit applications via the Help DeskEnsure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issuesWork collaboratively with the technical team to translate client needs into technical requirementsParticipate in client meetings as needed, with a focus on supporting the majority of client interactions through the Help Desk
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in public administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with local government operations and permitting processes for special events, film, and park usesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsEagerness to learn about SaaS platforms and technical configurationWorking knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and Adobe Acrobat is an asset.
