    What You Will Do With Us

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.

    How You Will Thrive With Us

    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
    • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client needs.
    • Strong coordination skills to be the primary point person between internal teams, vendors, and customers
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients as needed.
    • Manage contracts, negotiations, and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to provide support and solutions for clients' automation needs.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
    • Provide technical expertise and support to customers
    • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Who Are You

    • Proven experience in key account management.
    • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
    • Ability to travel Internationally (when required)
