    Toothworks Richmond Adelaide Dental is located in the bustling concourse level of The Richmond-Adelaide Centre in Toronto's Financial District. We are conveniently located near Union Station, King Station and St. Andrew Station.

    Our practice is fully equipped to provide dental health services in a safe, friendly and professional atmosphere, including general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, Invisalign, children's services, Botox and much more

    • Responsibilities:

    Leadership:

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth.
  • Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team.
  • Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority.
  • Work in accordance with the practice's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
  • Drive the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and company objectives.
  • Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit.

    • Treatment Coordination:

  • Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
  • Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty

    • About You:

  • Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required - periodontist/oral surgery experience an asset
  • Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Detail oriented
