    Description du poste

    Sous la responsabilité du directeur général et chef des placements immobiliers Asie-Pacifique, l'analyste soutient l'équipe des placements immobiliers dans la région en repérant, sélectionnant, évaluant et gérant les investissements.

    Responsabilités du poste :

    • Acquérir une connaissance du processus de prise de décisions de placement
    • Évaluer les investissements potentiels en utilisant des outils d'analyse
    • Participer au processus de souscription
    • Collecte de données financières
    • Études de marché
    • Gestion de portefeuille
    • Autres tâches assignées
    • Respecter les principes d'intégrité et d'excellence

    Qualifications

    Nous recherchons des candidats avec des compétences financières, une communication efficace et un intérêt pour les placements. Vous devez avoir :

    • Diplôme en finance, immobilier ou domaine connexe
    • CPA, CFA ou en cours d'obtention
    • Connaissance du secteur immobilier en Asie, notamment en Corée
    • Compétences en analyse financière et quantitative
    • Maîtrise de l'anglais, coréen; Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Flexibilité, esprit d'équipe et intégrité
    • Curiosité, initiative, volonté d'apprendre
