- Translation: Translate internal communications materials from English to French, maintaining accuracy and fluency in both languages.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize software tools such as Canva and Klaviyo to design and distribute communications materials effectively.
- Data Management: Assist in managing internal communications databases and distribution lists using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal communications Director to brainstorm ideas, develop strategies, and execute communication plans effectively. Objectives:

- Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year University program in related field.
- Fluency in French and English, with translation skills considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Canva and Klaviyo for content creation and distribution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- A marketing background or relevant experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
