    Operations & Logistics Manager is a key member of the Leadership team, responsible for managing the daily functions of fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.

    In this role, the Operations & Logistics Manager oversees the distribution center to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all operations.

    The successful candidate will lead the organization of the distribution center and ensure that 90% of orders are fulfilled within SLAs.


    Responsibilities:

    LeadershipSupervise and offer guidance and mentorship to the distribution team across various departments (including shipping, receiving, and inventory) to uphold KPI achievementConduct team training sessions on company policies and procedures related to shipping, receiving, and inventory managementMonitor operational expenses to ensure they align with the budgets established by the leadership teamLogisticsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize inbound and outbound material and finished goods deliveriesManage inbound and outbound logistics in partnership with freight forwarders to guarantee punctual delivery of all shipments, including local, regional, cross-border, and internationalGenerate necessary shipping documentation, such as BOLs and commercial invoices, as requiredMonitor shipment progress and communicate updates to team members as necessaryResolve any logistical challenges by liaising with relevant stakeholdersOperationsGuarantee timely receipt of finished goods purchase orders and promptly communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate teams for resolutionSupervise fulfillment operations to uphold adherence to SLA timelinesMonitor adherence to inventory procedures to uphold inventory accuracyCommunicate delivery updates to key stakeholders and proactively address any potential issuesCreate and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiencyNurture relationships with carriers and transport vendors to optimize ratesRequirements:Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing both individual and team tasks based on deliverables and deadlinesStrong communication skills and can effectively work with various departments and external stakeholdersDemonstrates strong leadership skills and is able to provide feedback effectivelyThrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change and new ideas.
