- Grow the business by prospecting for, and developing client leads through multiple channels (social media, marketing, centres of influence etc.)
- Schedule appointments, identify client needs, and present appropriate products and service solutions
- Provide prompt, accurate, and extraordinary client experience
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, etc.
- Work alongside the team and Agent/Owner in growing the business while developing yourself for a rewarding career
- Currently have or successfully obtain your Property & Casualty (OTL) and Life Insurance licences (we will pay for and, support you in this process)
- 2 years + office management experience
- Technical and Financial skills including data entry, spreadsheets and general IT tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while being organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with some social media tools and are willing/comfortable using them to connect and interact with clients
- Extended health care

Earning Potential:
