    Description

    Our client is an established and reputable real estate developer based out of Vancouver with commercial, residential (market and rental) and mixed-use construction projects.

    Reporting to the Director of finance, the financial analyst/senior financial analyst will be responsible for:

    Conduct complex financial analyses, such as scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
    Prepare key materials for capital raises, including financing requests and investment documents.
    Perform market research and assist with updating and maintaining development budgets, including variance analysis.
    Create and maintain multi-year cash forecasts and return metrics for ongoing development projects.
    Work on additional special projects and ad hoc tasks.
    Advanced excel skills.
    Extended health and dental
