    Required immediately, our Local Abbotsford Branch is seeking a Full-Time Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator to join the team

    The Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator will be r esponsible for the planning, coordinating and controlling the activities of the big box stores Customer Service team to maintain and enhance the customer experience, while meeting the organizational and operational objectives.

    Desired Skills & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related filed preferred
    • 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience
    • 5-10 years customer service experience
    • Experience in similar industry with product knowledge
    • Intermediate mathematical skills, with a solid understanding of fractions and measurements
    • Able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract
    • Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products
    • Experience with CRM systems
    • Ability to solve problems and challenging situations with diplomacy and respect as they arise
    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manages, coaches/trains and motivates the customer service representative (CSR) team to ensure efficiency, with a keen focus on meeting all prescribed timelines.
    • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to the Director of National Accounts; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing departmental audits and reports; determining system improvements; implementing change and maintaining customer service records.
    • Improves customer service quality by maintaining contact with customers and observing their needs. Evaluating and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
    • Handles escalated customer complaints and concerns, investigates root cause and resolves issues.
    • Owning the relationship with the PSC.
    • Continually looking to upgrade your skills and knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Co-ordinates all service activities, including updating Moraware records, looking for ways we can improve.
    • Ensuring that Instore Sales Collaterals are in place; c oordinating the ordering and installation of store displays; and other activities that support the merchandising of our countertop programs.
