    Qualifications

  • Represent the values of the organization internally and externally. Use excellent judgment with areas of responsibility and demonstrate the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Clear and effective communication at multiple levels with diverse audiences (internally and externally). Knows and understands all of the tools that support Intuit and is comfortable coaching others on them
  • Track record of juggling multiple projects and managing deadlines with an attention to detail and focus of quality
  • Understands key stakeholders' (leaders and the teams they support) needs and proactively translates them into solutions and actions for the business. Addresses challenges with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to nurture the relationships you have with teams and peers. Highlight strengths and uncover blind spots, inspiring us to create meaningful goals for our performance
  • 10+ years work experience, 5+ years supporting executive leaders
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and/or Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in Concur and smartsheets
  • Passionate about developing a thriving team culture--experience partnering with other Executive Admins to win together

    • Responsibilities

    Provide flawless administrative support to Intuit's Consumer Tax Product Development Senior Leaders in the Toronto office. This is a fast-paced, rapid growth office and candidates must think fast on their feet, be a problem solver and detail oriented. Candidates will:

  • Provide day to day planning management (calendar, events, operations mechanisms)
  • Provide support for frequent travel planning and expense management for leaders
  • Interface directly with senior leaders within the company across multiple time zones
  • Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver critical outcomes
  • Plan team off-sites and other key events throughout year
  • Help collect information, create documents and materials where necessary to support key meetings
  • Successfully plan and execute on-boarding for new employees
  • This position will work closely with other Executive Admins to execute all deliverables for Intuit with excellence, including being a backup as needed
  • Managing hosted events for VP and Directors both on and off site
  • Intuit utilizes a hybrid working model that brings together the best of virtual work and in-person connections and collaboration. This position will be required to work an average of 3 days per week in the Toronto office
