    Founded in 2006, ABM Accounting & Bookkeeping is a fast growing boutique accounting and bookkeeping firm. We pride ourselves on offering efficient and quality services to our clients across Canada and abroad.

    Over the years we have developed a niche in the eCommerce, legal and medical sectors, however our clientele span all industries.

    Our mission is to make accounting simple, reliable and even enjoyable. We offer various services to our clientele including bookkeeping, managed payroll, tax filings and overall advisory services.

    The Accounts Payable Clerk is a full-time entry-level position where a success candidate would process payable requests on behalf of our clients.

    It is very detail-oriented and requires a successful candidate to constantly pay attention to minor details, such as banking numbers, beneficiary names, etc.

    Enter bills and payables into accounting system (Quickbooks Online);
    Enter banking information and process payables in A/P software (Plooto);
    Communicate with clients regarding cash flow;
    Review and process employee reimbursements in accordance with any applicable reimbursement policy;
    Organize files in Sharepoint accordingly and file any physical paperwork;
    Review the General Ledger and make any appropriate month-end adjustments;
    Respond to any audit A/P requests from external auditors;
    Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks; Assist with any other projects as needed.
    Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Accounting ( minimum 2 years of education );
    Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in an accounting position;
    Proficiency in MS Office; Quarterly Health & Medical Allowance;
    Conferences, Summer BBQs, etc. ); Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses.
