    Description

    Leading the way in conversational AI, InStage has delivered over 100,000 simulations and is pushing towards a goal of 10,000,000 to set new standards in training quality and accessibility.

    The Chief of Staff at InStage will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's focus and ensuring the company operates smoothly and efficiently.

    This senior position entails leading special projects and fully owning various tasks and company areas—from troubleshooting issues to developing systematic solutions that enhance the CEO's productivity.

    This is a full-time, fully remote position offering flexibility to work from any Canadian province.

    Experience:
    With 3-10 years in pivotal roles, ideally within startups, you have a track record of impactful contributions


    Systems Thinking:

    You have a keen ability to identify and improve underlying systems within business processes, aiming for automation and efficiency.
