    Office Administrator

    Our client, a renovation company, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.



    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain the accounting system using QuickBooks
    • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
    • Display broad knowledge of the renovation industry and the company's services
    • Organize and manage office files, both physical and digital
    • Coordinate email communications for timely responses and follow-ups
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations


    Requirements:
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks
    • Outstanding customer service abilities
    • General understanding of the renovation sector
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Effective email communication skills
    • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
    • Fluency in either Ukrainian or Russian (written and spoken)


    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
    • Familiarity with construction industry software and systems
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
