    The Senior Benefits Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring
    support other members of the team and share your knowledge with them.
    Complete product configuration and quality control testing based on business requirements and project timelines.
    Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex benefits administration technology and implementation concepts.
    Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage to project budget.
    Deliver quality services.

    Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes.

    Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
    Manage expectations of service. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
    Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
    Conducts discovery meetings to collect, analyze, and document configuration requirements during the customer implementation project.
    Leads or assist project management to define project scope, project plans, and deliverables.
    Maintain a subject matter expertise in the application, implementation configuration, and deployment of Greenshield Administration benefit administration solutions.

    Quickly escalate any identified risks or issues to a project based on product configuration requirements to project management and management.

    Create and maintain knowledge of the inbound and outbound data requirements of Greenshield benefit administration solutions.

    Responsible for the quality for custom benefit administration solutions including supporting System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) for each individual client need.

    Provide updates on accomplishments, issues, and future activities of assigned projects in weekly meetings.
    Maintains a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship.
    Complete other tasks and projects as required.
    Familiar with traditional SDLC and Agile methods/practices
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, yet also work independently on complex implementations.
    Passionate about quality and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on creating solutions.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
    Bachelor's Degree or experience otherwise equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
    Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
    Experience working with implementation methodologies and/or equivalent project management methodologies.

    Ability to communicate with others, including clients, in a clear, effective, and professional manner on the phone, via email and in person, and the demonstrated use of good written and verbal communication skills.

    Bilingualism (English and French)
